kSuite is the collaboration suite from Infomaniak — an independent Swiss company. It includes email (kMail), cloud storage (kDrive), video conferencing (kMeet) and team chat (kChat). All data remains in Switzerland.
We start with a free savings analysis. Then we handle the complete migration: emails, calendar, contacts, files, DNS switchover and training. Our fee is based on actual effort — minus your first-year savings. This way, part (or even all) of the migration cost is covered by what you save anyway. From year two onwards, you benefit fully from the difference.
Yes. kMail supports IMAP/SMTP — any email client works (Apple Mail, Thunderbird, Outlook). kDrive has desktop apps for Mac, Windows and Linux. Calendar and contacts work via CalDAV/CardDAV.
The savings analysis is free. For the migration, we charge a fee based on actual effort — minus your first-year savings compared to your current provider. In the best case, you pay nothing or just a small difference. For particularly large environments (e.g. 50+ users, special integrations), we provide a custom quote.
Absolutely. If you start with kSuite first and add ERPNext later, your existing setup remains intact. Both services run on Infomaniak infrastructure and are managed by colourspace as a single point of contact.
