ERPNext can be complex – but you only use the modules you need. Most clients start with invoicing and CRM. Everything else comes when you’re ready.

Yes. We offer data migration as an additional service. Depending on scope, from €490.

Then we upgrade your hardware. Switching from Pi to rack server takes under an hour and costs €290 one-time. All data and settings are preserved.

36 months – until the hardware becomes yours. We believe in long-term partnerships. An early buyout is possible: you take ownership of the hardware early against payment of the remaining term, which can be offset against a follow-up support package.

The hardware becomes your property. You choose: either it stays with us – you keep full control while we handle operations and maintenance. Or you take the hardware and run it yourself.

Yes, ERPNext offers two types of time tracking: project time tracking for billing client hours, and employee time tracking for legally required work time documentation. Both are GDPR-compliant. For teams needing a time clock app or terminal solution, we offer extensions.
